Estimates

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges for planning only. The final price is given in a quotation after the vehicle is inspected.

Approval before work

We start work only after you approve the quotation. If additional repairs are found, we contact you with the reason and cost, and proceed only with your approval.

Bills and parts

You receive an itemised bill listing labour and each part separately, including the parts grade used. Replaced parts can be shown to you on request.

Pickup and drop

Free pickup and drop applies only in listed service areas and is subject to slot availability. See the pickup, drop and cancellation policy.

Warranty

Any applicable parts or workmanship warranty, exclusions and claim procedure will be stated in your quotation or invoice. Please ask before approving work; this website does not promise a fixed warranty period.

Payment

Confirm accepted payment methods and when payment is due with the garage before approving work. This website does not collect payments.

Liability

Before handover, remove valuables and record the vehicle condition and belongings with the garage. Agree any road-test, custody and handover arrangements before work. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable law.
