All estimates are indicative until the car is inspected. The quotation after inspection is the price you approve.

Additional repairs

If more work is needed, we send the details and cost first. Nothing extra is done without your confirmation.

Itemised final bill

The final bill lists labour, each part, consumables and any taxes separately.

Pickup and drop

Free pickup and drop is available only in listed areas and when a slot is free. Areas marked as needing confirmation may have a charge, which we tell you before pickup.

Confirm the pickup address, time, vehicle handover and any fuel, toll or transport charges with the garage before pickup.

Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule, call or WhatsApp the garage as early as possible. Confirm any charges for work, diagnosis or transport already authorised before approving that work.
